At Quality Sport Wear, we are dedicated to getting your premium activewear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to help you achieve your fitness goals in style, no matter where you are.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our fitness apparel and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) to our warehouse at the address provided. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Important: Please do not ship your return without first contacting our customer service team and receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Nutrition products (whether opened or unopened)
  • Swimwear with broken or removed hygiene seals

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days for credit cards, 3-5 days for PayPal).

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new items.

International Returns

We serve customers globally! Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning items.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary slightly based on exchange rates at the time of processing.
