Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that all items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
- Wait for processing – once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days
Important: Please do not ship your return without first contacting our customer service team and receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days for credit cards, 3-5 days for PayPal)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new items.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Nutrition products (opened or unopened)
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or removed)
These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally, please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning items
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary slightly based on exchange rates at the time of processing
